1. Sri Girijesh Kumar Dwivedi,learned AGA filed counter affidavit, which is taken on record. He submits that the victim has been recovered on 28.09.2024 and the Charge Sheet No.382/24 dated 16.10.2024 against Abhishek Chaudhary and Rajesh Kumari has been filed in the matter, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by Sri Satyendra Mishra,Advocate holding brief of Sri Jaikaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.
