1. यािचकाकतार् के िव्षान अिधव्वा ्शी रामें्श कुमार िम्शा को सुना।
2. भारतीय संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 227 के अन्तगर्त ्ऺस्तुत इस यािचका ्षारा यािचकाकतार् ने जनपद न्यायाधीश, रायबरेली को अपील संख्या 19/2025 में लिम्बत अंतिरम अनुतोष ्ऺ ाथर्ना प्ऴ के शी्स िनस्तारण का िनदरॏश देने का अनुरोध िकया है।
3. यािचकाकतार् के िव्षान अिधव्वा ने कहा िक अपील की नोिटस अभी तक िवप्षी को अ्ऺाप्त है। ऐसी िस्थित में अपील में लिम्बत अंतिरम अनुतोष ्ऺाथर्ना प्ऴ के शी्स िनस्तारण का इस स्तर पर िनदरॏश देने का कोई औिचत्य नहीं है।
