1. याचिकाकर्ता के विद्वाान अधिवक्ताा श्रीी फैज अहमद खान ने कहा कि वह याचिका में रह गयी कुछ त्रुुटियों के कारण इस याचिका पर बल नहीं देना चाहते हैं तथा उन्होंने नवीन याचिका प्रस्तुतुत करने की अनुमति चाही।
2. तद्नुनुसार, उपरोक्त अनुमति के साथ यह याचिका निरस्तत की जाती है।
