Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of State-respondents. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to investigate the First Information Report No. 256 of 2023 under Sections 420, 419 IPC, P.S. She further states that further investigation is still under progress and endeavor would be made to conclude the investigation within six weeks from today.
