1. Heard Shri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rahul Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.
2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the Government order dated 08.09.2025 issued by the State Government.
3. The validity of the same Government order was challenged through numerous writ petitions, including Writ C Nos.10270 of 2025, 10288 of 0205, 10293 of 2025 and 10302 of 2025, all of which were dismissed by means of a similar judgment and order dated 20.11.2025.
4. In the present writ petition, the same Government order has been questioned, therefore, this writ petition, on similar ground taken in the Writ C No.10270 of 2025 in the judgment and order dated 20.11.2025, stands dismissed.
