1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No.0135 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S, 2023, Police Station Reousa, District Sitapur.
3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Kapoor Kumar, Circle Officer, District- Sitapur dated 24.04.2025 states that a final report dated 19.04.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
