1. Counter affidavit filed today in Court by the learned AGA be kept on record.
2. Heard.
3. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No. 0400 of 2025, under Sections 87, 352, 351 (3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Jalalpur , District Ambedkar Nagar.
4. Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in para 7 of the counter affidavit states that a final report dated 10.10.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority.
5. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
