1. Heard Mr. Mohd. Yasir, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). ISSUE, a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby directing opposite party No-1, i.e. Additional Director General of Police, Zone, Lucknow to consider and decide the Revision dated 15-05-2025 of the petitioner under, Rule-23, of the Uttar Pradesh police officers of subordinate Rank (Punishment and appeal) Rules, 1991 as contend in Annexure No-4 to this writ petition, on merit within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court."

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.1 i.e. Principal Secretary Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Nasir, Aahuti Agarwal, Mohd. Yasir, Navneet Yadav, Rashida Fatima Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Devesh Kumar Singh,Pno 112500623,Head Constable .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home, Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s)
