Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 09.12.2025 received from Drivesh Trivedi,Sub Inspector, Police Station Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Final Report dated 09.12.2025/Parcha No.31 has been forwarded in the matter, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by Sri Fareed Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioners.
