1. Case called out. No one appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application. However, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and Sri Shyam Kinkar Pandey, Advocate, who appeared for the opposite party No. 2/Pramod Nigam, are present before this Court on behalf of the opposite party No. 2.
2. The instant application has been preferred with a prayer to transfer the Criminal Case No. 1098/2017 (Pramod Nigam vs. Nidhi Lata and others), under Sections- 323, 506, 452 IPC, Police Station- Chilahiya, District- Siddarth Nagar from the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Siddharth Nagar to the competent court at District- Lucknow.
3. Taking note of the prayer sought in the instant application, this application is not maintainable before this Court at Lucknow. It is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the applicant to file an application, if required, for transferring the case indicated above before this Court at Allahabad.
