HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 10086 of 2025 Court No. - 13 HON'BLE SAURABH LAVANIA, J. Heard. The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (Now Section 528 of BNSS) and may further be pleased to quash the impugned charge-sheet dated 10.01.2022 filed in Case Crime/FIR No.0443 of 2018, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 409 Indian Penal Code, P.S. Fatehpur, District Barabanki." Learned Counsel for the applicant states that on account of some formal defects in the pleadings, he does not want to press the present application and liberty may be granted to the applicant to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present application, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
