3. The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent-authorities to take necessary action against the private respondents in pursuance of the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner on 16.10.2024 in Crime No.0328 of 2024 lodged at Police Station Makhi, District Unnao.
4. Learned A.G.A. states on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Yogesh Kumar Singh, S.H.O., P.S. Makhi, District Unnao dated 03.12.2025 that a final report dated 06.06.2025 has been submitted in the court.
5. Considering the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the petition.
