1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Vijay Nath Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length submits that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law.
