1. Heard Shri Sachin Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ram Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to filing of the petition, a fresh recovery certificate has been issued against the petitioner and the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
