1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, upon reconsideration, submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition for the self same cause of action before the Principal Bench at Allahabad, as the main contesting respondents are situated in Siddharth Nagar that comes under the jurisdiction of the Principal Bench at Allahabad.
