1. Heard Ms. Mohitma Badkur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
2. On considering the averments made in the writ petition, we are of the view that the petitioner should file a fresh application through the portal as required under the law within a period of one week. If such an application is filed within a period of one week, the authority concerned is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
