1. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 9.12.2025 received from Sri Amit Singh, Sub-Inspector Police Station Jagatpur, District Raebareli, a copy of which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that Final Report No. 42/24 dated 15.11.2025 was forwarded in the matter, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by Sri Pankaj Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners.
