1. Ms Sadhvi Kanchal holding brief of Shri Amarjeet Singh Rakhra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and cognizance has also been taken. She prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
