1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondent no.1 and Shri Yogesh Kumar Mishra, Advocate who files vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2, which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that she does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law.
