1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Opp. Party no. 2; Additional Registrar Evam Additional Commissioner (Banking), Co-operative, Lucknow to consider the appointment of Petitioner on the post of Clerk with effect from her initial date of appointment in the department as has been given to other similarly situated persons, as early as possible in the interest of justice."
3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Assistant Registrar cum Assistant Commissioner, Cooperative, District Lakhimpur Kheri. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
