2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No.0603 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S, 2023, Police Station Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.
3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Ishfaq Khan, Sub Inspector Police Station-Akbarpur District- Ambedkar Nagar dated 03.11.2025 states that a final report dated 23.09.2025 has been submitted in Court on 19.10.2025.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
