1. Heard Shri Siddhartha Sinha along with Shri Prakhar Kankan, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for the following main relief(s):- "WHEREFORE it is prayed that the Charge Sheet No.3/2022, dated 01.07.2022, U/s 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13(1)(d), 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow arising out of case Crime No. 112/2012 registered at PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow, pending in the Court of Special Judge, P.C. Act, Court No. 1, Lucknow, may be quashed. Copy of Chargesheet enlosed as Annexure no.1. It is further prayed that the proceeding of case vide Charge Sheet No. 3/2022, dated 01.07.2022, U/s 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 13(1)(d), 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow arising out of case Crime No. 112/2012 registered at PS- Mahanagar, Lucknow, pending in the Court of Special Judge, P.C. Act, Court No. 1, Lucknow, may be quashed. Copy of chargesheet enclosed as Annexure no.1. It is further prayed that the cognizance order dated 21.07.2022 and the order of framing of charge dated 06.11.2025 passed by Special Judge, P.C. Act, Court No. 1, Lucknow may also be quashed. 3. At the very outset, learned State Counsel states that present application has now become infructuous as the charges have already been framed and the PW-1 has already been examined.
4. The aforesaid has not been disputed by Shri Siddhartha Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant.
