1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. On account of some formal defects crept in this application, the learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
3. The aforesaid has not been opposed.
4. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
