1. Heard Sri Rizwan Haque Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length submits that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law.
