1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3 and Sri Lalit Kishore Pandey, Advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama today in Court on behalf of the respondent no. 4 which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length submits that she does not want to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for bail before the concerned Court and concerned Court be directed to decide the said bail application expeditiously.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
