1. Learned A.G.A. filed counter affidavit, which is taken on record. He on the basis of paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit, submits that the charge- sheet dated 21.4.2025 has been filed in the court on 27.11.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, to which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A.
