The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(i) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 29.7.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge Court no. 7, Unnao in Crl. Revision no. 69/2025 and order dated 20.2.2019 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Court no. 1, Unnao, in Case 733/2014 Crime no. 59/2013 under section 323/504/506/354- A/356 IPC Police Station Barasagwar, District Unnao as contained in Annexure no. 1 to the writ petition." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently the copy of the statement(s) could not be brought on record. He may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the papers, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per rules.
