1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondents no.1 and 2 and Sri Suresh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents no.3 and 4.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to them to pursue other remedies as may be available to them.
