None is present on behalf of the applicant nor any request for adjournment or pass over has been made. However, learned AGA is present. As per report of the Senior Registrar of this Court dated 3.5.2023, neither the parties nor their counsels appeared for verification of compromise deed. From perusal of the record, it transpires that the matter pertains to the year 2020 and no interim/stay order is operating in this case. It appears that the case has lost its relevance due to efflux of time and has rendered infructuous. In view of above, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
