This petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing/setting aside the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by the opposite party No. 2 contained in Annexure No. 1 to the instant writ petition.

(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the opposite parties to immediately grant the benefits admissible to the petitioner under the 'Mukhyamantri Krashak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana as per G. O. dated 28.02.2020." Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions, which enclose the decision taken on the petitioner's claim. The claim has been rejected. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide a copy of the rejection order to the counsel for the petitioner today itself. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the rejection order.
