1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.lto 4 to ensure the compliance of the order dated 17.05.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ B No. 408 of 2023 in the favour of the present petitioner.
(ii) To issue a direction to the opposite parties No. 1 to 4 to look into the matter and to ensure peaceful possession and cultivation by the petitioner on the land of the present petitioner in question."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
