1. Heard Sri Avinash Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the review- petitioner.
2. This review petition has been filed for review of the judgment and order dated 29.08.2022 passed in Writ Petition Service Single No.5126/2015(Manendra Kumar versus State of U.P. and Others).
3. The sole argument advanced by learned counsel for the review-petitioner is that he was not having the order dated 19.07.2012 passed in Writ Petition Service Single No.3778/2012 filed by the petitioner alongwith others, therefore the same could not be considered by this Court, whereas in view of the said order, the petitioner has already approached to this Court, therefore he was entitled for the benefit of the order passed therein, whereas perusal of the order under review indicates that in paragraph 2 of the order itself, the said order has been referred and thereafter the arguments of the review-petitioner have been considered and as to why the case of the petitioner could not be considered by the parties and the representation was rejected has also been considered and dealt with in paragraph 7.
4. In view of above the contention of learned counsel for the review-petitioner is mis conceived. Dismissed. . December 5, 2025 Akanksha Sri/- Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Avinash Kumar Srivastava, Rajneesh Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) :
