1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 09-12- 2019 contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite party no. 2 to consider and take a decision on representation/appeal dated 29-08-2025 to the higher authority that is District Level Committee/District Magistrate Sultanpur and regarding the claim of the petitioner on merit which is annexed as Annexure No. 8 to this writ petition in the interest of justice."
