The matter pertains to the year 2020. None is present on behalf of the applicants nor any request for adjournment or pass over has been made. However, learned AGA is present. From perusal of the record, it transpires that both the parties have entered into compromise, but it was not duly verified by the court concerned till date. It appears that the parties have settled their dispute out of the court. Thus, the case has lost its relevance due to efflux of time and has rendered infructuous. In view of above, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
