1. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. states on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Arjun Singh, Sub-Inspector, Thana Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow Commissionerate dated 02.12.2025 as well as Pramesh Kumar Shukla, Deputy Superintendent of Police, S.T.F., U.P., Lucknow dated 01.12.2025 that there is no F.I.R. which has been lodged against the petitioner and further the petitioner is not being harassed in any manner.
2. The aforesaid statement is recorded.
