HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 14045 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Pushpila Bisht, learned counsel for opposite parties. Although petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's candidature on the post of Principal in the ongoing recruitment process but learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently certain conditions of the advertisement could not be challenged which require to be done. Learned counsel for opposite party however raised a preliminary objection regarding entertainability of this petition before this court since petitioner has an adequate alternative remedy before Central Administrative Tribunal where Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is notified. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum.
