1. Sri Vineet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, at the outset, has submitted that the petition has become infructuous in as much as subsequent to filing of the petition the impugned order has already been recalled and, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists.
