From perusal of the record, it transpires that learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has already filed counter affidavit on 26.8.2021. However, no rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the applicant till date, therefore, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter. In view of above, this application is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
