1. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. states that on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Pramod Kumar Mishra, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur dated 03.12.2025 that the final report dated 14.10.2025 has already been submitted before the supervisory authority.
2. The aforesaid statement is record.
3. Upon the same being pointed out, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to her.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. December 4, 2025 S.
