1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3.

2. No notice be issued to the respondent No.4 taking in view of nature of order proposed to be passed.

3. The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.11.2025 bearing F.I.R. / Case Crime No.0280 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109 of B.N.S., P.S. Babu Banarsi Das, District Lucknow.

4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the bare perusal of the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R., it emerges that the petitioner along with several others have severely beaten up the complainant and the victim with the result that they have suffered severe injuries and hence, the F.I.R.

5. The contention is that no such incident ever took place and it is the false F.I.R. which has been lodged against the petitioner.

6. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. states that the investigation is still going and she fairly states that only simple injuries have been suffered by the victim.

7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vijay Shyam, Nisha Kumari, Renu Devi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Smt. Mamta .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Home Sectt. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s)

direction to the respondent-authorities not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned F.I.R. till some credible evidence emerges against her during the course of investigation.

8.
