2. The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash entire proceedings of arising out of impugned complaint dated 25.06.2020, Session Case No. 160/2023, Under Section 3/4 of Prevention of Money Laundering act 2002, Police Station E.D., District Allahabad, In; Re, "E. D. versus Kumar Priyadarshi and others" pending Before Special Judge C.B.I. 3 Lucknow, in interest of Justice."
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh.
4. The aforesaid has not been opposed.
5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
