With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is finally being disposed of. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the History Sheet No.A-13 opened by the respondent No.4 as well as approval order passed by respondents No.2 & 3. Further prayer is for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to create any hindrance in the peaceful life of the petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner may be permitted to move a representation before Superintendent of Police, Hardoi i.e. respondent No.3 and prays that he may be directed to decide the representation in accordance with law under relevant rules within a fixed time frame to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. Considering the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to move a representation for his grievance before the respondent No.3 within a period of 2 weeks along with a certified copy of this order. In case a representation is moved, the competent authority i.e. respondent No.3 shall proceed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law under Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anil Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
