At the very out set, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri A.K.Mishra, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Bangarmau District- Unnao dated 01.12.2025 states that a final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority in the impugned First Information Report No. 0584 dated 28.09.2025. Upon the same being pointed out, Sri Ram Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
