1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.
2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 01.10.2025 whereby petitioner has not been allowed to work in capacity of a Home Guard.
3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 26.11.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which petitioner has already been terminated from service vide order dated 21.11.2025, a copy of which has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner.
4. In view of such instructions being received, learned counsel for petitioner, on the basis of instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition in order to file afresh.
5. Considering such submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
