1. Vide order dated 27.11.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- "1. Sri Prabhat Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant is reported to be out of station today.
2. In view of above, the case is adjourned today.
3. List/put up this case on 04.12.2025 in terms of earlier order of the Court.
4. It is made clear that on the next dates of listing, the case would not be adjourned on account of non-appearance of learned counsel for the parties and appropriate orders would be passed in the first call even in absence of parties' counsel. "
