1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No.188 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Maholi, District Sitapur.
3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of the instructions received from the Shri Vinod Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Maholi, Sitapur states that a final report dated 30.08.2025 has been submitted in the matter.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
