HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 14026 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging office memorandum dated 17.3.2021. Mr. Vikas Singh, learned State counsel, at the very outset submits that all the petitioners are still in service and therefore the aspect of counting their service as qualifying service for pensionary benefits cannot be granted at this stage, therefore, the petition is premature. In view of such objection being raised, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach this court again when the cause of action arises due to retirement of petitioners. In view of such submission being made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to petitioners to approach this court as and when cause of action arises due to their superannuation.
