1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No. 165 of 2025, under Sections 87 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sangrampur, District Amethi.
3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of the averments contained in para 13 of the counter affidavit states that a final report dated 16.09.2025 has been submitted in the matter before the Court concerned on 09.10.2025.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
