1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioners despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No.111 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 296 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Hasanganj, District Lucknow.
3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of the instructions received from the Shri Abhishek Pathak, Sub Inspector, Police Station Hasanganj, Lucknow states that a final report dated 26.07.2025 has been submitted in the matter before the Court concerned on 16.11.2025.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
