HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 10499 of 2025 Court No. - 2 HON'BLE MRS. SANGEETA CHANDRA, J. HON'BLE AMITABH KUMAR RAI, J. Sri Satyendra Nath Pandey, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of respondent no.6 which is taken on record. We have heard leaned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent no.6. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :-

(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opp. party no.2 to 4 to restrain the opp. party no.5 to create any hindrance in raising the construction over the land situated at Village Mohammadpur Majra (Gramin Kshhetra), Pargana Mohan, Lucknow. The relief clause does not reveal the true character of the writ petition. After hearing arguments and going through the pleadings on record, it is evident that the petitioner has bought certain land through a registered sale deed on 03.03.2017 and the respondent no. 6 has encroached upon such land and the petitioner is aggrieved by such encroachment. The petitioner moved a complaint before the Presiding Officer at Tehsil Divas, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow, and on the said complaint, the Revenue Inspector has directed the S.H.O., Chinhat, to take action as per rules and submit a report on 18.08.2025. We find the writ petition to be totally misconceived. No application on the administrative side could have been entertained in a purely private dispute as there are circulars to this effect issued by the Chief Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sandhya Bharti, Vinod Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Kisnawati .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s)

Secretary, Government of U.P., and also by the D.G.P. in pursuance of orders passed by this Court in various writ petitions. The petitioner has a private dispute with the respondent no. 6, she may file a suit before the competent Court for the grievance as raised in the petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
